Day 1: Hanoi Arrival

Arrive at Noi Bai International Airport, welcome by our guide and transfer to your hotel. (Driving time is approximately 45 munities)

Hanoi or “River-bound City” as its name literally means is Vietnam’s capital with a thousand-year-old history dating back to 1010. The city’s fascinating beauty which is characterized by unique cultural relics, ancient streets of antique houses, elegant French colonial buildings, tree-lined boulevards and romantic lakes has made it one of the most charming cities of Asia.
 
Day 2: Hanoi - City Tour Full Day

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch

Morning, start a full day city tour beginning with Ho Chi Minh Complex which features the life of Ho Chi Minh, the nation’s founder. At the complex, visit Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum where the nation’s founder’s body is preserved (closed on Monday, Friday and through October - November) and the rural style house on stilts where Ho Chi Minh lived and worked. Stop by one of Hanoi’s icons, the One Pillar Pagoda, built in the 11th Century in dedication to Bodhisattva Avalokiteshvara or Buddha of Compassion and reminiscent of a lotus blossom rising from a pond. Continue to the Temple of Literature, known as the first university of Vietnam built in 1070 by the Ly Dynasty to honor Confucius, sages and outstanding Vietnamese scholars. Lunch in a restaurant (included)
Afternoon, continue the tour to one of the following museums of choice namely the Museum of Fine Arts, the National Museum of Vietnamese, the Museum of Revolution, the Museum of Military History and the Museum of Ethnology. Go to Hoan Kiem Lake, the center point of Hanoi whose name “The Return Sword Lake” originated from a legend of a sacred sword and home to a rare endangered giant turtle species and visit Ngoc Son Temple on the lake. Next, take a one-hour cycle tour of the Old Quarter of Hanoi with its ancient streets representing traditional trades from the past. The Cyclo tour through Hanoi’s downtown to sightsee the Old Quarter of 36 ancient streets, the Trang Tien Plaza shopping center, the colonial French-built Opera House, an elegant architectural landmark of Hanoi modeled after the Palais Garnier opera house. Finish the tour at the Thang Long Opera Theatre with a traditional Vietnamese water puppet show.

 

Day 3: Hanoi - Free day

Meals: Breakfast

Today is at your leisure.

The evening will start with a Water Puppet Show performed by the world renowned Thang Long Opera House. This performance features a talent unique to Vietnam. You'll watch as water puppets perform the folklore legends of Vietnam while live ethnic music sets the mood. After the show, you’ll enjoy traditional Vietnamese cuisine at Indochine Restaurant which features a French colonial style with imperial overtures.
Once you finish your dinner, you'll be escorted to your hotel.

Day 4: Hanoi - Halong Bay overnight on cruise

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Morning, transfer to Ha Long Bay, which is about 160 km or 3.5-hour drive away. On the way, you will see some rural areas of the Red River Delta with plenty of chances to take photos of Vietnamese farmers working in paddy fields. Stop half way to visit a handicraft workshop of fine clothes and embroidered paintings. Arrive in Ha Long City at 11:30 AM and check in aboard the booked junk right after the welcome drink is served. Start cruising while having lunch on board and enjoy the mighty bay view. Ha Long Bay meaning Descending Dragon Bay in Vietnamese as legend has it that it was where a holly dragon landed down from sky. The bay, famous as one of the world’s wonders and heritage sites whose formation dates back 500 million years, consists of around 2,000 karst islands and islets scattered over an area of 1,553 km2. The bay cruise will continue with up close sighting of Dinh Huong Island, Ga Choi Island, Dog Island, Sail Island, a visit to Sung Sot Cave and swimming stop at Titov Beach. Relax to enjoy the bay view at sunset, have dinner after, go fishing at 09:00 PM and spend a night on board.

Day 5: Halong - Hanoi - Hoi An by flight

Meals: Breakfast, Brunch

Wake up at 06:30 AM and refresh your body and mind with a Tai Chi exercise on the sundeck. Tai Chi is an ancient internal martial art often practiced in soft and gracefully slow moves to enhance internal harmony and vitality. Have tea and coffee onboard before proceeding to Titov Islet or Soi Sim Island to trek and swim. Check out at 09:30, have a buffet brunch while cruising back to shore. Disembark at 11:00 AM to transfer to Noi Bai International Airport in Hanoi for flight to Da Nang(Flight is 1hour).

Day 6: Hoi An - Full day city tour

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch

Morning, meet our guide at your hotel and transfer out for a full day city tour to discover the charm of Hoi An as a renowned World Heritage Site. Once a bustling maritime commercial port of Asia between 15th and 19th centuries, Hoi An is now a peaceful town of exceptionally well-preserved architecture, lifestyles and traditions. The town exemplifies a fascinating fusion of cultures between Vietnam and the outside world including China, Japan, Thailand and the Philippines. Highlights for sightseeing include the town’s iconic 400-year-old Covered Bridge with a small temple attached to one side as a prominent example of Japanese architecture, the Museum of Trade Ceramics which is an elegant Vietnamese style wooden house built in 1858 showcasing antique ceramic artifacts, the 200-year-old Tan Ky House typifying an ancient Chinese merchant residence, the Ong Temple built in 1653 by Chinese settlers to worship Guan Yu, an ancient Chinese general whose character stands for loyalty, bravery and justice and the local market vibrant with colors and activities. Lunch at Brother Café (Western Set menu)included. 
Afternoon, we take a boat cruise on the Thu Bon River to enjoy the countryside landscapes. Land on Kim Bong village where carpentry has been practiced since the 16th Century as the village’s trademark to visit some old-fashioned boatyards using timber as the main material. Move on to Thanh Ha village to see its traditional ceramic production trade still alive and thriving despite the 500-year passage of time.

Day 7: Hoi An cooking class

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch

Morning meet our guide at your hotel and transfer out to a local market. A guide from the local cooking school will take you on a tour through the market to learn about the ingredients to be used in your recipes. After the market, board a boat to ride along the Hoi An river for about 25 minutes, watching local fishermen casting nets as part of their daily routine. Arrive at a small township and walk to the cooking school. The class starts in an open-air pavilion by the river under the instruction of an experienced chef. Observe, practice, sample and bring out a good lunch cooked the local style to your own taste. Enjoy it yourself. Afternoon, leisure time for shopping 

Day 8: Hoi An - Danang - Ho Chi Minh city by flight

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch

Morning, free at leisure until transfer to Da Nang Airport for flight to Ho Chi Minh. (Flight is 1hour).
Arrive at Tan Son Nhat International Airport, welcome by our guide and transfer to your hotel for check in. Ho Chi Minh City formerly named Saigon is the largest city and economic center of Vietnam always bustled with activities of modern life. It is where businesses converge and shoppers indulge themselves into unlimited choices. However the city also carries with it a rich historical legacy in contrast with its dazzling glamor. Lunch in a restaurant (included)
Afternoon, take a short city tour to visit the Saigon Notre-Dame Basilica a neo-Roman cathedral built by the colonial French with materials entirely imported from Marseilles, the Saigon Central Post Office, which was designed and constructed in the early 20th Century by the famous French architect Gustave Eiffel, Cho Lon area or the city’s China Town and the Jade Emperor Temple (Phuoc Hai), a rare Taoist structure in Vietnam built by the Cantonese community in the area in 1909.

Day 9: Ho Chi Minh city - Cu Chi - Dinner on Saigon Cruise

Meals: Breakfast, Dinner

Morning, welcome by our guide and transfer to visit the Cu Chi Tunnels. The tunnels in Cu Chi district, 75 km Northwest of downtown Ho Chi Minh City, which were once a major underground hideout and resistance base of Viet Cong forces during the two wars against the French and later on Americans. The tunnels, entirely hand-dug, formed a highly intricate labyrinth-like network of interlinked multilevel passageways at times stretched as far as the Cambodian border and totaling over 120 km in length. Its complexity is beyond imagination containing meeting rooms, kitchens, wells, clinics, schools, depots, trenches and emergency exits all aimed for guerrilla warfare. The tunnels were deep and strong enough to withstand destructive bombings and self-contained enough to outlast prolonged sieges.

Afternoon, take a sightseeing tour of Ho Chi Minh City that includes the War Remnants Museum, which features a comprehensive collection of the machinery, weapons, photos, and documentation of Vietnam War with the both the French and Americans, former Presidential Palace and Ben Thanh market.Dinner aboard on Indochina Junk while cruising Saigon River and see Saigon splendid city at night

Day 10: Ho Chi Minh city - Mekong Delta 

Meals: Breakfast, Dinner

Morning, pickup at your hotel to transfer about 136 km to Vinh Long, a riverside town in the vast Mekong Delta, the world’s largest delta. Take a boat cruise to lively Cai Be floating market where sellers and buyers bargain and exchange goods from their boats. Proceed through a fascinating maze of shady canals to HoaBinhPhuoc Island. Beautiful landscape of zigzag canals, lush vegetation, peaceful villages and activities of rural life will make you a delightful sight. There on the island, visit some local farmers’ homes, interact with warm-hearted hosts and learn about their trades of bonsai gardening, tile and ceramic production and rice paper and coconut candy making.
Lunch at a garden restaurant in the Delta then return by road to Ho Chi Minh.

Day 11: Ho Chi Minh city - Siem Reap by flight

Meals: Breakfast, Dinner

Welcome to Siem Reap is the center of Angkor!
Upon arrival, you will be met at the airport and transferred to have lunch at local restaurant.
Visit Silk Farm: the place of Khmer silk production by traditional productivities.  (Silk weaving training center). Continue to West Barray, man-made lake built in 11th century.
Visit Wat Thmei, Killing Field, The wat contains a unique glass-walled stupa containing the bones of victims of the Khmer Rouge. Some of the bones were recovered from a nearby well while others are the remains of soldiers who died on a nearby battlefield.
Return to hotel for check in then heading to dinner in local restaurant and enjoy 01 hour shopping at Angkor Night Market & stroll along Pub Street.

Day 12: Angkor Wat Tour

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

AM: Enter the South Gate of Angkor Thom Temple and marvel the wonders of the eerie Bayon, Baphoun, Phimeanakas, the Elephants terrace and terrace of Leper King. Before lunch, visit Ta Prohm Temple unlike most of the other Angkor temples, the photogenic and atmospheric combination of trees growing out of the ruins and the jungle surroundings have made it one of Angkor's most popular temples with visitors. Lunch will be served at local restaurant.
PM: Visit the famous Angkor Wat, built for king Suryavarman II in the early 12th century as his state temple and capital city. The largest and best-preserved temple at the site, it is the only one to have remained a significant religious center—first Hindu, then Buddhist—since its foundation. Experience super sunset view at Angkor Wat.
Enjoy Buffet dinner with varieties of food in local restaurant with our Traditional Apsara Performance.

Day 13: Siem Reap - Floating village

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch

AM: We will transfer to visit Floating Village at Tonle Sap Lake w here people have houses built in the river. Houses floating like the river are the street and the boats the cars. Families, father, and children pass by with their boat. They come home from work, school or they are going shopping in the mini supermarket. Back to town then take time to visit Les Chan tiers Ecoles Artisans D' Angkor is a workshop that teaches the unique craft of wood and stone carving in the traditional and style of classic Cambodian artistry.
Lunch at local restaurant.
PM: Visit Wat Bo which is a large, highly respected pagoda, vihear of Wat Bo contains very unique wall paintings of the Reamker that are said to be late 19th century. Senteur D’ Angkor Center for tasting Khmer coffee or tea for free. It is the center that supported and employed 100 ladies from countryside to produce Khmer ingredient soup, candles, boxes, soaps, baskets, and especially it’s famous of Kampot’s pepper. It will show the way of producing candle and Khmer ingredient, and you can do it easily when you return home after watching this center. Shopping at Old Market for local souvenirs for your families & friends.

Day 14: Siem Reap - Luang Prabang by flight

Meals: Breakfast

At leisure until your flight to Luang Prabang. Upon arrival in Luang Prabang, your guide will greet you and escort you to your hotel for check in.

Day 15: Siem Reap - Pak Ou Caves - Xiengmene

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch

Today we embark on a cruise upstream on the Mekong River, stopping at Ban Xiengmene, Wat Long Khun and the limestone cave of Tham Sakkarin.
Following a picnic lunch we continue our boat journey the mysterious Pak Ou Caves. These caves are an ancient pilgrimage site and contain thousands of gold lacquered Buddha images left there over hundreds of years. 
Returning to Luang Prabang you have the option of visiting Ban XiengkekandBan Xangkhong where villagers making jute paper and continue to visit the textile village of Phanom, a small village known for its hand weaving or returning to your hotel to relax. Overnight in Luang Prabang

Day 16: Siem Reap - Khuang Si Waterfall

Meals: Breakfast

After breakfast we begin our journey to Khouangsi Waterfall stoppingalong the way to visit the morning Phousi Market, this where all the locals of Luang Prabang come to do their daily shopping.  You will see a variety of local foodstuffs and products including dried buffalo skin, local tea and saltpeter among the chickens, fish, vegetables and fruit, everything needed for daily life in Laos.
On arrival at the Khouangsi Waterfall you will have the opportunity to cool off with a refreshing swim in the topaz pools below the falls, walk along the forest trails and visit the Bear Sanctuary.
Returning to Luang Prabang your afternoon is free to explore or relax at the hotel.Overnight in Luang Prabang

Day 17: Siem Reap - Flight to Bangkok

Today, you'll transfer by flight to Bangkok. Upon arrival, our guide will greet you and escort you to your Pattaya hotel for check in.
