Day 1: HANOI ARRIVAL

Meal: no

Welcome to Hanoi – Vietnam! The driver will be welcoming you at Noi Bai airport, transfer to hotel for check in. Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 2: HANOI – AFTERNOON CITY TOUR 

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch

Breakfast at hotel (6.30am – 9.30am). Take a rest at your hotel. Lunch at restaurant.

Afternoon: visit Temple of Literature (the 1st National University of Vietnam). Join in trishaw tour & shopping at Old Quarter (36 ancient wards & streets) and Dong Xuan Market. Enjoy Water puppet show. Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 3: HANOI - HALONG BAY – OVERNIGHT ON CRUISE 

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Depart for the 4-hour drive to Halong Bay, journey there through the rich farmlands of the Red River Delta, observe everyday life of Vietnamese villagers as they work the rice fields

  • Check-in on board a traditional junk
  • A welcome drink is served on arrival before enjoying lunch on board with fresh seafood. A fantastic cruise in Halong Bay - an UNESCO World Heritage Site, passing through so many amazing islet such as Dinh Huong Island, Ga Choi Island, Sail Island….
  • Enjoy some visits and/or activities (depending on each boat’s itinerary) or just spend some time relaxing on board
  • Towards the end of the day the boat sets anchor for the night among the karst formations
  • Dinner with fresh seafood
  • Squid fishing or relax and chatting with your friends & family
  • Overnight on board

Remarks:

+ In the occasion of bad weather conditions, e.g. high winds, monsoons, thunderstorms, cyclones, storms, etc., the management board has the authority to cancel all cruises to guarantee the safety of tourists. Should this happen, accommodation will be at Ha Long City Hotel instead

Day 4: HALONG BAY - HANOI 

Meals: Breakfast, Brunch

  • Light breakfast with tea, coffee, fruit and cake are served
  • Enjoy your fresh morning in the middle of the bay, the sun rises on Halong in the morning with Tai Chi exercise on sundeck.
  • The wholesome brunch is served while the vessels cruises slowly through the magnificent rock formations and back towards port. Enjoy the tranquil scenery as the boat meanders its way through the bay on the way back to Ha Long city, etc…
  • Disembarkation & drive back to Hanoi.

 Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 5: HANOI – FLIGHT TO SIEM REAP (CAMBODIA) 

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch

Breakfast at hotel then check-out. Transfer to airport for flight to Siem Reap.

  • Upon arrival, you will be met English Tour Guide at the Siem Reap airport.
  • Start your first visit to Royal Residence & Royal Garden & the Copper Statue of Angkorian Warriors and the nearby of the Preah Ang Chek Preah Ang Chorm Shrine for pray luck. Then stop at Wat Bo, the oldest pagoda which contains very unique wall paintings of the Reamker (Ramayana). Lunch at local restaurant.
  • Visit to the Floating Village- Chong Kneas on Tonle Sap Lake, your tour guide will explain about Tonle Sap ecosystem and witness how life works in the floating community relying on aquatic resources. Continue to Satcha Handicraft Center, a unique place with workshops built exclusively with Cambodian bamboo from Kampong Cham from traditional know-how with contemporary design inspired by Khmer ornaments host 50+ artisans and 15 different know-hows Carving, Weaving, Paining and lacquer.
  • Dinner at your own expense

Day 6: FULL DAY ANGKOR TOUR (B/L/D)

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

AM: Enter the South Gate of Angkor Thom Temple and marvel the wonders of the eerie Bayon, Baphoun, Phimeanakas, the Elephants terrace and terrace of Leper King. Before lunch, visit Ta Prohm Temple unlike most of the other Angkor temples, the photogenic and atmospheric combination of trees growing out of the ruins and the jungle surroundings have made it one of Angkor's most popular temples with visitors. Lunch will be served at local restaurant.

PM: Visit the famous Angkor Wat, built for king Suryavarman II in the early 12th century as his state temple and capital city. The largest and best-preserved temple at the site, it is the only one to have remained a significant religious center—first Hindu, then Buddhist—since its foundation. Experience super sunset view at Angkor Wat.

Dinner at local restaurant with our Traditional Apsara Performance.

Visitor Code of Conduct for Temple Visit:

  • Dress Code: Revealing clothes such as shorts and skirts above the knees and showing the bare shoulders are prohibited in scared places. Respectful dress is strongly encouraged in Angkor.

  • Smoking Cigarettes inside the temple are prohibited.

  • The Bakan Tower (Central Tower) of Angkor Wat Temple always closes on the Buddhist Sabath Days; the Buddhist religious days (four days a month).You cannot climb up the tower.

Day 7: SIEM REAP - HOLY MOUNTAIN - KULEN 1000 LINGAS RIVER

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Breakfast at Hotel.

  • This morning travel about 1hour to the HOLY MOUNTAIN - KULEN knows as 1000 Lingas River is a huge plateau on the northeast of Siem Reap town approximately 50 kilometers. From here, visitors can climb to the summit with spectacular panoramic views of the surroundings at a giant reclining Buddha. Or enjoy at the waterfall, known as famous River of a Thousand Lingas river, etched with carvings offering to Hindu Gods.
  • Lunch will be arranged at local restaurant on the mountain. (Only Cambodian Food available.)
  • On the way back stop at Pradark Village, where you will see the villagers making palm sugar, handicraft for selling to tourist. It’s a nice chance for you to see the local people living at the country side with their struggling for daily life.
  • Back to hotel for refresh and dinner at local restaurant.
  • Enjoy 1hour walking at Siem Reap’s famous Road 60 known as street food. A long road lined with mats for hire, street food sellers and a small fun fair; it’s an evening picnic and barbecue haven.  This is truly a local hang out with an incredible variety of all kinds of Khmer foods on offer. Here there will be chance to sample a range of exotic fruits, fried insects, snails, roasted frog, fried chicken, roast belly pork, crispy duck. You will get free 01 CAN of Angkor Beer for enjoy.

Day 8: SIEM REAP – FLIGHT TO LUANG PRABANG (LAOS) 

Meals: Breakfast

Breakfast at hotel then check-out. Transfer to airport for flight to Luang Prabang.

On arrival at the airport, you will be met and transferred to check in the hotel.

After a soft rest, visit Royal Palace Museum, which hosts a range of interesting artifacts.
Continue to Wat Mai, a temple renowned for its golden bas-relief, which is one of the most beautiful temples in town.
If time permits, we will take a short walk around the small streets of city center, watching the life of local people.
Late afternoon, we climb up to the top of Mount Phousi for an enjoyable exploration of the sacred, gilded stupa as well as a panoramic sunset view of the city and the Mekong River.
The tour ends after a visit to the famous Night Market, where you can find a lovely selection of handmade textiles made by local and hilltribe people surrounding Luang Prabang. Overnight in Luang Prabang
 
Day 9: MEKONG RIVER CRUISE - PAK OU CAVE

Meals: Breakfast

Breakfast at the hotel, we will first embark on the leisurely cruise upstream on the Mekong River, which also gives us a breathtaking view of the tranquil countryside, before reaching the mysterious Pak Ou Caves, a 16th century cave monastery filled with thousands of Buddha images, which locates 25 Kilometers North of Luang Prabang in the limestone cliffs overlooking the Mekong River.
En route, you will stop at Ban Muang Keo, a well-known village for its traditional Lao rice whisky distilling. You will arrive back in Luang Prabang.
On arrival back in the city, visit the old Wat Sene, and the nearby magnificent Wat Xiengthong a superb piece of Lao temple architecture, which presents a sweeping two-tiered roof and ornate mosaics including a beautiful ‘tree of life ‘glass montage on the rear temple wall.
If time permits, we will drive out of the city to visit Ban Xangkhong, the Thai Lue village, which is famous for its arts and crafts. We also visit the nearby village of Ban Xienglek specializing in making the traditional Saa paper.

Day 10: KUANGSI WATERFALL - DEPARTURE 

Meal: Breakfast

After breakfast, we transfer directly to the beautiful Kuang Si waterfalls which is the biggest in the Luang Prabang area with three tiers leading to a 50-metre drop into spectacular azure pools before flowing downstream. The pools also make great swimming holes and are very popular with both tourists and locals.

We will also take a short visit to the Bear Rescue Center, which houses a couple of dozen animals rescued from the hands of poachers and traffickers.

Free at leisure. Transfer to the airport for departure flight. End of service!
